Our large assembly area can install a variety of hardware components, gaskets and adhesives to provide you with a completed product from a single source.
Paint
Paint department
We can apply textured and smooth epoxy, enamel paint coatings,polyurethane clear coat, and dryfilm lubrication to your specifications.
Our paint department includes two paint booths, two ovens and a large clean room for masking and touch-up.
Plating
Our plating process capabilities include RoHS compliant chemfilm (iridite) of aluminums and passivation of stainless steels. Other plating processes are outsourced to local vendors in the Twin Cities or other approved customer specific vendors.
