When I started working at MME 11 years ago I stepped into the Turning department and was given the opportunity to grow the department and to make things happen. I am able to bring ideas and suggestions forward to help improve the processes of parts and/or organization of the shop. I have enjoyed the challenges that come along with this and working with and leading people. MME invests into new machines and technologies to keep up with the demands of the manufacturing industry, as well as providing a safe environment to work in.

I have worked for MME in order entry/accounts payable for the past 13 years and find work very interesting and fast paced. I enjoy working at MME because we all work as a team to accomplish our goals each day and find a way to get things done and done well. I consider many of my coworkers & managers here my friends and mentors. Many have been kind and encouraging throughout my journey. I have been here for over 32 years and most employees here have been here for many years as well so obviously it’s a great place to work. It also doesn’t hurt that MME also has fair pay, good benefits and management is flexible when it comes to needing time off!
